Curriculum Vitae

Dino Rossi holds degrees in Environmental Studies (BA UC Santa Cruz 1999), Sustainable Environmental Design (MA AA London 2005) and Computer Aided Architecture Design (MAS ETH Zürich 2010). His research interests lie in the intersections of ecology, design and technology.

Within the SuAT team, Dino is developing the Adaptive Systems Lab (ASL) which explores the confluence of the concept of adaptivity with architectural design and building occupancy/performance. This will be explicitly explored through the integration of Wireless Sensor Networks, Distributed Building Systems and Machine Learning.

Other activities include teaching undergraduate/graduate seminars within the ETH Zürich Department of Architecture focused on Physical Computing, Adaptivity and Sustainable Design.
